HTML News Generate

I'd like a modification that can take the news from the news catagory and put it in a php/html page so that threads here:
http://www.cancerhost.com/forum/forumdisplay.php?f=2

Will automatically appear here:
http://www.cancerhost.com
Where ever i put the code.

Is this easy or hard to do?
