How to get my navigation text/links to move - See Pics Inside

Hi all,

I want to move my user cp/faq/members etc as seen in the pic below. Im sure its possible and ive come close but just not close enough.

to look like this

Ive search everywhere and tried everything.

Any help is much appreciated,
