How to create .ico icon images?

I made a desktop ticker for my vb forum w/a tutorial I found on another MioPlanet and have come across a problem that I can't figure out. I cannot figure out how to create a .ico file in photoshop, right now the icon is the default .ico image that came with the stock ticker but I want make my own. How can I go about doing this?
