That did work! Thanks so much! Could you tell me what was wrong with it? I don't remember changing this template - and had some severe issues with another plugin yesterday - which affected the space just above the guest welcome box - do you think it may have been that as well??
You have a space where there shouldn't have been one. You had:

You have to do a search in Phrases. (Copy a snippet of the message and use it in the search in phrases. (I think you should be able to figure it out)
