adding similer subsections

i want to add similer 6-7 subsections in several[15-20] sections.



any way to do that easily? or i have to add them seperately for each sections?

quite boring



e.g. parent forum-15/20 sections/6-7 subsections in all

e.g.

-MedicalDiscussion

--Anatomy

----Mnemonics

----Viva

----LectureNotes

----etc..

--Physiology

Same as aboe for more subjects
