butsome one is hacking my forum and they have installed keylogger so they can see the password and everything and the other thing is where can u get tools.php and how can i delete the keyloger they have installed

Keyloggers are programs that are run on the computer, not through websites. You should have an anti-virus program installed and updated regularly.
