Could vBulletin do this for me: Project work
Hi,
hopefully someone will step up here and help me answer a few questions. The situation is: I want to set up a forum. So far so good, vBulletin can do that. But what I really would like is to have a group function. I'll be a bit more specific. I want to set up a photography forum. Now, this will not be gear orientated like so many other forums. It will focus on photography projects. Say a member of the forum wants to try out a certain form of photography, like a project: "Take one picture of a stranger every day for a month". I want him to be able to:
I know there are different types of groupware/workspace scripts that does this, but they are all a bit "over the top" with there project management, project cost analysis, etc. I just want a seamless way to incorporate "workspace" functionality inside a forum: Discussion, file repository - without having to open new categories every time someone comes up with a project. |
