Links on profile fields

I'm searching for this for an hour but I can't find something that I can use.

I need an extraprofile field that link to a user forum post. I have a doll forums and we have somekind of database where every user can open one post with all their dolls.

I want to put an extra field in the profile like this:

Doll family: Asuka's dolls

They need to put there the URL of their doll family but I can't make it apears linked to the post, I don't know if it's an option of vb or if I need a hack.

Now the only think I can put it's this:

With url not linked.

Sorry if mod already exist or if it's an option of vb, I can't found it and any help will be really apreciated T_T.
