Forums Latest Posts (example given)

Hi I am sure this mod exists but I can not find it anywhere. It is driving me crazy since I see a lot of websites have it. Visit this site http://www.babypips.com/ and scroll half way down the page, to your right you will a box that says "Forums: Newest Posts". Basically it is a box that displays the forums latest post on the home page.

I have found a lot of mods that shot the latest psot on the forums home page but I need it on my non-forum homepage.

So does anybody know how to make this work?
