Popup / Skim addon

Not sure if this exists or not, couldn't find anything through search

An addon (preferably accessible through the adminCP with it's own column) that sends out a popup per 'x' clicks

Desirable fields:

1. How many popups do you want? [ ]
e.g. if you select 3 - then 3 URL fields show up underneath [AJAX] for you to put in your popups

URL1: www.site1.com
URL2: www.site2.com
URL3: www.site3.com

2. How many clicks before a user gets a popup? [ ]
(if 3, then every 3rd click a user will get a popup)

3. Should your popups loop? [ ]yes [ ]no
(if 'yes' then after all your popups have executed they will re-run every 'x' number of clicks, if 'no' all your popups will only one once per session, per user)

4. Where should users get popups?
[ ]entire site, [ ]viewing threads only (threadisplay.php) [ ]etc
(I imagine the script could be put in the headers if entire site is selected, or added to other template files otherwise)

5. What usergroups should get popups?
[ ]registered [ ]administrators [ ]etc
