Why am i not getting a Google Pagerank?

My site, r32oc.com has been running just under 4 months. we are top of google for r32oc and r32 owners club, however when i check our pagerank we do not get one whatsoever.

is this a big deal? what can be done? is it worth getting vBSeo?
