Anyone can look at a website and get some ideas however in your condition the only change you have from ubuntuforums is the colors. I checked your source also and you 100% copied their code. What i call that is stealing. I know that because it happens to me all the time. People come check my site and try to copy the code.

vBulletin.org is for vBulletin modifications. My personal opinion i will never help a guy who steals someone else's code. There maybe other people who can help you but unfortunately not me.

Whats the point ?

If you don't respect anybody elses work and directly copy it on your site and claim you are writing a web 2.0 style ( which 100% prooves you have no knowledge about both web 2.0 and CSS ) then probably you wont get help from anyone else.

Continue copying other people's work. You'll be only a copycat.
