No Links In Threads under xx posts?

Don't see it around but does anyone know if there's a mod that disallows a user from adding links into threads until they hit xx amount of posts?

I have these idiots that come in, sign up and load the threads with spam links ... if they couldn't post links until they have a certain amount of post it would really help!
