I Need This! News & Events

Well,

Im not sure if its already made, but what or where can i get something that will make a huge
when they enter my site that they click on and it goes to that event. A picture might help, and an example maybe:

See The Picture That Says: Music Site Hosting Has Never been So Easy
Thats where I want my picture, and when they click that. They will be braught to a page that
has to do with that picture or News/Event. Please someone help, my site is in dire need. And dont suggest CMPS or CMS cause that is crap. I messed up my whole site. Uninstalled it fast.





Users Would Click On The Image In the Custom Window/Module and It Would Bring Them To a
Thread or Website. How Can I Make a New Window & Insert an Image To Bring People Somewhere.
