list posts in control panel

hi

i have looked everywhere but cannot seem to find anything.

I am looking for something that lists peoples post in the control panel when they have posted, then they can delete it from there control panel at a later date without going through the forums to look for there posts.

so a section in the control panel that lists there new thread they have made and a box next to it that says delete maybe ?
