RSS Feed for News Article Forum

This no doubt already exists, but I haven't been able to find it (and am generally clueless when it comes to RSS) but we have a pretty nice, custom made news script that pulls content from our news forum and creates a standard page for it on our site (outside of the forums).

So this thread:
http://www.youthrights.org/forums/showthread.php?t=9910

Becomes this article:
http://www.youthrights.org/article.php?threadid=9910

We aggregate all the threads/articles into this page:
http://www.youthrights.org/News.php

I'd like to take the content of that last page and make it into an RSS feed that other sites can syndicate easily. Now that I think of it, this might not even be a vBulletin hack, but if people who are familiar with RSS in general, I'd appreciate some help. So...any ideas?
