I'm searching a coder for a big project

Hi, I'm Norman, administrator of Web City Forum Online (see my signature, please).

Project for Web City Forum Online: My forum use vBulletin software, and its want be a 'two faces forum' (in italian language, and in english language [so I'll need also an english admin]). The project is make Web City like a real city. And so, with habitants, with money, houses, works, etc. For money, I think in something like at GaiaOnline; when you surf/post/vote/etc in forum/site, you receive money. It's an hard project, I know. I'm a noob in coding, but I have ideas. So: mind + coder: great project. I think.

Ok, I haven't money for pay a coder, so I'm searching for someone that want help Web City becouse is attract from my project, and so for free.
