I agree that they should install iTrader or some rating system here to help protect their reputation. I also think they could ban users from here which doesn't seem to happen very often if at all. I think the smartest thing the org could do is do away with the service request forum altogether.

Actually Webhosting Talk (WHT) has banned numerous people once it's proven that they are scammers.
