How hard would this be?

Hey,
I have been searching for a skin to go with my logo, something with an olive green color scheme. So far I have been unsuccessful. I am wondering how hard it would be to change the color scheme of the default vbulletin skin from blue to olive green? I know this would involve me working in CSS however would it be too complicated for me to try to complete since I have never worked with skinning before?
