An auto-PM thingie.

I couldn't find this, but I'm almost certian there is a mod. Sorry if it's in a blantly obvious place. Anyways what I'm looking for is a mod that does the following:

Automatically PM's those that are put into a certain group with a message (customized)
In the message, has their username (I guess in the message it would say like %username and it would instantly put their forum username
If possible a button that automatically changes the user to another group
Admin CP option to personalize the messages
