Is there an 18 year or older hack?

A few of the threads on my forum may sometimes get a little mature. For example a nipple here and there amongst other things. Is there already a hack that makes it so I, or another is able to put some kind of warning on the thread so when a user clicks it, it gives them some type of warning such as "This thread contains mature discussion. Would you still like to proceed?" Or something like that thanks!
