cell phone spam

On my forum, I am getting a ton of cell phone spam - almost no other spam except this super long messages about cell phone purchases. I already made the word Nokia a blocked word and it changes it to **** - is there anyway to make it set posts that have a certain word(s) to not post automatically?

So if someone posts:
nokia
sony
etc - it goes into a moderation queue?
