How do I..

How do I set it so members can only view certain categories after X number of posts?

Alot of people register to my site to pm/page the girls yet they have no posts, or to post something for sale etc. it annoys everyone! I want to be able to set it so they can not view most of the categories until they have posted in the newbies section and introduced themselves first.
