Latest Threads From Specific Forum In Sidebar?

I've looked quite a bit and havnt found one. Now I know there ARE mods for this, but they are for the top of the page or the bottom or someplace wide. What i'd like to do is put them in the sidebar on my forum. Here is a link to my site to show what I mean.

I'd prefer for someone to post some relevant information and not just, "Don't be lazy, just convert it to fit in the side", stuff. Well If anyone knows a mod that shows latest threads in the sidebar from specific forums, (I have GARS and want to put my reviews etc in the side, not just any old thread.), or can make one, it would be VERY helpful to me and many other people because in my searches i've seen people want a sidebar version.

Just out of the sense: The "Put Latests Threads On Non-VB Pages" mods, generally look like what I want due to the vertical setup.
