Customize this skin for vB 3.6.0

The skin here https://vborg.vbsupport.ru/showthread.php?t=106931

is made for 3.5.0, the coder vanished somewhere and never replies. I need this skin for 3.6.0.. please its just a minor customization. WIll be some big help.
