Default Can't Find This Hack I Saw...
I've been searching for about 25 minutes, now I need help, lol.

It was a hack for 3.5.4 Im almost positive. All it allowed you to do was gointo the admincp, pull up a user, and you could like restrict their avatar, signature, etc. via a dropdown I bellieve.

I used search terms like disable, restrict, off, etc & tried searching titles only. :disappointed:

n/m, found it after 2 hours
