Editing navigation, quick reply, and table borders?

Hello,

I have three things that I just can't figure out on my forum. Yes, I have searched, searched, and searched on here and vB.com. Anyway here are my three questions:

1. How do I move the navigation (like Forum Home > Category > Forum > Topic) below the navigation panel and put it in a straight line?

2. How do I change the outside border color (the blue going around like on forumhome where it displays forums and categories)... that is from the default template?

3. How do I change the colors of quick reply, redirection page, etc from that gray color to something else? I have looked in the ACP and can't find anywhere to edit those colors.

I have looked, looked, and looked for solutions to these problems but can't find them anywhere. Is there something I am missing?
