Quick Reply & Signatures

How can I get it so a person does not have to press the Reply button, to quick reply, so that all he has to do is type it in and press enter.

And How can I get it so Signatures show, and now the links like img.asdas.com/asdas......jpg

I know [img] tags have to be around and it is...how can i fix that?

In your vBulletin Options set the following settings

Message Posting and Editing Options > Quick Reply > Yes - Click Not Required

User Profile Options > Allow [IMG] Code in Signatures > Yes

The first one sets the no click for quick reply, and the second allows images in signatures. The other options around the second one control smilies, BB code (bold, color, etc), length of signature, and HTML. I would advise against HTML, but the rest are fine to have turned on.

Also, can I install something, so that people can choose the forum skin they want?

If you have more than one style installed and the checkbox on the style checked so that it is active, then there are options for users to change their style in both the userCP > Options and in the footer.

Make sure that this setting is set to YES
vBOptions > Style & Language Settings > Allow Users To Change Styles

How do I change the logo on the forum from the vBulletin one to my logo?

In the style manager use the drop down menu and select all style options. near the top of this page is a box for the URL of your logo. Delete the contents and replace with the URL to the logo you wish to use.
