Getting Attention to Paid Request on vb.org

I am somewhat new to using a paid request service. I have filled out a paid request but it has been a week or so with no email replies. Just wondering if there are any helpful tips on getting my request noticed.

I have the following:

Project: 1st Reply Editable by all members

Pay: Paid through PayPal upon completion and acceptance. price is negotiable

Requirements:
Should be based on usergroup and by forum. Would like it in Product form.

Secondary:
AJAX;
Log of members who last changed plus history
(These additional features may constitue more pay)

Description:
After a user posts, the reply after should be editable by all other members. Looking for something similar to http://www.fatwallet.com forum

Should I be more specific? List a price? etc.?

Any tips would be helpful as I would love to get this project completed.
