I want to make it so each usergroup has a color. like admin would be red, mod would be green, and user would be white, and so on... how would i do this? sorry

In the User Group Manager > Edit Usergroup you can set the HTML markup for the usergroup usernames. You can use HTML in these boxes to color the names, make them bold, italic, or underlined.

To color them use the following in the first box
