I have an activated account here. My e-mail address was added to the account on vBulletin.com days ago. I am still showing up as unlicensed here. Does anyone have any insight?

Hmm, strange. TBH the only thing I can think of is to e-mail vB.com support staff and ask them if theres something wrong, or if they can help you out.
