Simple "Yes / No" voting system

Greetings everyone! I am relatively new here (i.e. first post)

I've been searching around this site for awhile now for this but apparently either this doesn't exist or I haven't searched enough (sorry if this is so).

What I need is a poll hack or altogether new type of system that will allow users to decide "yes" or "no" from a given list of choices. For my purposes this would be to allow members to vote for or against adding new members without the need to create seperate polls for each.

I have no knowledge of writing code in .php but would love to learn (of course). If someone could just point me in the right direction, that would be great.

Have you considered using the vBSurvey? That would allow muliple questions in the form of a survey which you can make public or private and the ability to add comments.

Perfect!! This is exactly what I need and more!! I have the forms hack (forgot its name), but it looks a bit difficult to use. I may just replace that with this! Thanks for the hook up!
