They are displaying the current usergroup status on there forums with level of permissions each usergroup has..

Sounds a very good display about various groups and permissions for each of them

There is no hack for same.. released yet.

It's not a stock module that comes with CMPS (because, obviously, usergroups change from site to site) but by using CMPS you can create a new HTML module to display a table like that (which is what that site appears to be doing).
