Basically, I was wondering if there is anyway to make a usergroup not be allowed to view a certain forum if they dont have 'X amount of posts.'

I want to make a certain forum for users with certain privileges (500 posts), but I have no clue where to start.

I think you can go to Usergroups --> Promotions. Apply your settings and when you see "Promotion Strategy" change it to "Posts". Select whether the Usergroup is Primary or Secondary and then select the forum to be promoted to.
