Im trying to login users into VBB but all the code/extensions i found are for just change the form login. but always post the data to the default login.php script

on my site we manage a centralized login where we have to post the form to our custom php script and from there initialize all the required VBB stuff to make the user loggin.

Anyone has some guides on how to implement this?

Why not change the way your doing things so that everything else authenticates off vB ?

That way you can have your centralised site login and use vB usergroup privledges etc elsewhere on the site.

We have more than one just product to authenticate, but i already figure out a way to fake VBB sessions/cookies and it seems to work fine

It is not a VB3 engine, just a parsed copy!
