It's not like y'all haven't seen a pair of boobs before is it? Point taken, but moderating users homepages for adult material would be a task beyong the moderators here.
<sarcasm>You mean they have some means of moderating every post here, without them being reported by someone? WOW!</sarcasm>
Or.. are you saying that it is perfectly fine to have NSFW links on every post they make (in the dropdown of their username), and reporting them will result in no action being taken?
I mean.. blaming the non-omniscience of the staff here isn't really a good reason to justify people with adult sites in their profiles. Surely, a 'Report Profile' function would be of use?

Please correct me if I'm wrong, but in this situation, I understand this to be a matter of looking at ones profile and going to said profile owner's homepage, just to find out (without any warning) that the homepage is adult in nature. Which in this case, it might be offensive to some people to [having no knowldege of the nature of the link they are about to click] view possible offensive material. I could be mistaken, but this is how I understand the situation.
It's no different to a user clicking on a link anywhere. If it's a parent who doesn't want their kid viewing offensive stuff, then install software to prevent it. If you're doing it at work, then chances are you probably shouldn't be anyway.
