Okay, here is assuming you have 3.5.3 and you want to redirect to another page. Please, someone correct me on this if I am wrong.
Find a phrase in login.php called exec_header_redirect. I would recommend achieving this by opening login.php in WordPad, pressing Ctrl + F to bring up the "Find" function, then entering that phrase. When you find it, you will find something after it called [forumhome]. I believe that is the redirect function. Now what you have to do next is go into your AdminCP, open "Phrase Manager" and add new phrase in GLOBAL. Call this phrase anything you want, as long as you remember it and it isn't taken already by another phrase. The text you need to place in there is the URL to the desired page where members log in to. Save that phrase, and insert the phrase in login.php where it says [forumhome], in between those brackets. Make sure you backup the file, however, because it might cause problems. Reupload the original if it does cause problems. |
