[REQUEST]Restrict Forums Based On Member Age

Good day everyone, not sure if this is something that is already readily available, however, I wanted somehow to make a forum that is only visible by members above a certain age.

I know I could do this with making a public usergroup for people to join and then I can manually check their age, however, I was looking for something a little more automatic.

Being at 3.5.4 does figure age when the birthdate is entered I am thinking this can be done.

Any thoughts? Thanks in advance!
