Hack Request: Addon to Ebux/Estore

Alright, I already contacted CMX about this, but he is busy for the next few weeks. And I was hoping maybe someone could take a stab at this. I think it would be useful to everyone, rather than just me like my photopost one .

Mainly, what I want is that a user gets paid daily (already set), but their payment is determined by their rating. Which is not already in.

Here are really the specifics I am looking for:

- Rating, determined by thread where users rate you (for my forum, based on your art).
- The rating is set per forum in the forum options, so I can set which forums I allow users to rate others in.
- The Rating is averaged out every day
- Your average rating is displayed in the users info, postbit, and in the user control panel
- The users rating determines how many points they get per day. Where 5 points is average (1 point a day), and the lower the rating, the lower the points (0 being the max, where they get 0 points per day), and the higher the rating, the higher the payment (10 is highest where they get 2 points per day).
- Points are not spent in some cases, but simply just having them allows you to do different things. (I.E. having 20 points allows you to have and change an avatar, 100 points allows you to enter a new primary user group. The administrator sets these).

I was hoping that the rating could be in the postbit of every post, where it is a drop-down box. It displays 1-10 or something (maybe stars). This would replace the reputation and it would be pretty interesting.

Now, I understand this probably won't be easy...at all. I am willing to pay you for your services. Make an estimate and I hope we can talk.

For a more in depth look, go to www.gamefaqs.com. Their message board is a hardcoded board, but they have an interesting set up. They use Karma (which I think is already existant on this forum, but isn't what I am looking for. Besides, I like the ebux setup). The karma is determined by the time they have an active post on the message board. But I want the amount you get to be determined by your user rating which is given by other users. And then users upgrade through usergroups by just having the points rather than spending them. Then they can also spend them by buying other things like avatar changes, etc.

So any help?
