Hello

I am useing Vbulletin 3.5.4 , My question is that how can I make a backup of my current forum structure and database, so if for instence anything goes wrong I will be able to install the forum and the data structure as the way it was before? is there an easy way a step by step guide to that.

To backup your database see Backing-up your MySQL Database Manually

To backup your files simply download them with a FTP client, or create a tar backup from SSH/Telnet.
