Is there any way that I can retrict vbulletin registration to people that are 25 and over ?

On a related note, what would be the best/easiest way of getting people to prove their age ?

I thought of getting people to photograph an official document like passport or driving license, blanking out any sensitive info they didnt want known like photo or address and emailing it. Some were happy with this but others weren't.
