Default major vb Errors with New Post: Invalid SQL

hello, I'm reeeeealllly hoping someone can help me...

for what seems like no reason, all of a sudden I'm getting massive DB error on anything that has to do with making a post, editing a post, save changes....

as far as I know, no new hacks were added recently and there haven't been any changes to anything. So I have no idea where to start looking for a fix. The last hack I can remember adding was the OPT-OUT forums from New Posts by Andreas. But I never had a problem with that one int he past.

Any ideas where this is coming frrom? this is VERY bad as all new posts give me errors of one form or another.

Any help would be GREATLY appreciated!! this is bad bad bad!!

here's just a few examples of the errors.....

The index for your postindex table seems to be damaged.
Try to repair it several times.

I had a similar error to this once, and repairing the table did nothing.

I ended up dumping the entire DB, creating a new one, importing everything into it and that solved it.

My .2c - good luck.
