Dropdown menu won't work on custom page.

For some reason my dropdown menus won't work on my custom page.

I'll post a link if necessary (devboard though), but for the time being here is the source A) forum index or something, and B) custom page:

If you see anything that would cause this, let me know... I've been searching too long without any luck.
