ok by the title you might not know what i mean, so i've included some quality gfx to try show what i'm after

basically i want to remove the column last post and instead have the latest 5 threads per forum in a collapsable box under the forum.

hope these shots help describe what i mean

this will uses 1 query for each forum this will kill the forum
