I have a gaming site and would like to rename the Members List to the 'Players List,' along with all references to it.

Is it just phrases? What do I need to edit exactly? Thanks!

In the search in phrases you have a find and replace section. Simply put Members List in the first one and Players List in the bottom one and hit go. That'll do the job.
