Well can I get the same portal as that? And what about the user garage where all paid users keep their images?

Also can I get a shoutbox like the one on: ?

1)http://www.vbadvanced.com (licenced users only) but it is freeware
2)paid users ? hmmm no but there are some hacks that add a photoalbum to vbulletin and you could modify there permissions to only allow paid users ..
3)there are shoutboxes hacks availible right here
