Why is it that it's always the little things that really get up your nose?

Like getting ready to go to bed at 0540 and then remembering that your bed linen is still in the washing machine

Is it really worth the going to bed coz by the time the tumble dryer has finished it'll be time to get up again

That actually happened to me last night. Was coding vBMS until 3:34 AM, noted it was 3:34 AM, went over to the bed, and noted that there was only a mattress with nothing on it.

Today, I'm bugged by the stupid-ass MIME format for e-mail (XML is so vastly superior and I challenge anybody to provide an argument), requiring to reference fields and methods within a class of PHP with $this where it's implied everywhere else, and how Zend Studio doesn't antialias any text.

The mattress with nothing on it has happened to me too, I usually get real angry or just find a blanket or something to cover myself with. But usually - it's really angry.

Well now I'm up again and discovered that my PC is trying to fry itself again, missed an important phone call by being in the shower, my email isn't working, and I've got loads to do and get to college for 1pm. Not gonna happen as it's 45 mins away and it's 12:30pm now.

Oh, many things irritate me. I can think of a few now.

My mother really patronises people who work in shops, etc. She over-gesticulates (exuberant hand movements) to people when she is speaking to them, as if they are retarded or as if English is their second language. It really gets to me.

For example:

"DOOOOO. YOOOOOO. HAAAAVE. WUNN. OVVV. THEEEEESE."

Pisses me off. Rising shop prices also irritate me. Long list, but I will stop right now...

I nearly forgot one.

Having 8 hours sleep in a whole week. It's not so much that it bugs me, but by this point I'm practically dead. (and 4.5 hours were last night at that!)
