vB-Drupal is a lot more than just a review system, but it's easy enough to turn all the other features off. And it's free.

Drupal Article Module (Drupal Story Module, which comes with the core package, would also fit the bill)
Drupal Book Review Module
Drupal Movie Review Module

(I personally tested all three mods on a vB-Drupal site, and they work pretty well).

If you're looking for something that looks and feels more vB like, GARS is very affordable, but you can probably get very good results out of either option.

I seen it on a website but I havent seen it released so most likely the owner had someone create it for him.
