Is there a new plugin like the one for the last version were you can send mass private messages to certain user group or users with X amount of posts or users who have not been on the site in X amount of time?

That seems to just do it by user group.

Is there a hack that allows you send with search parameters such as LAST ACTIVE DATE, X AMOUNT OF POSTS, etc.
