X Threads made in a forum = Change of Title

Sorry if the title of this thread wasn't too much help with the description.

What the title meant was, if someone posts a certain amount of Threads in a selected forum they get changed to a Usergroup that you selected.

For example, I have a rant forum, I want it so if someone posts 3 threads in that forum, they get changed to a usergroup of my choice.

If anyone can help me out, we will be very appreciative.
If there is a hack like this already, please link me to the thread, I didn't know what to exactly search for.
